Description

You lead Workday implementations and financial transformations, managing large-scale conversions and functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementations, including new or phased rollouts, focusing on accounting or financial transformations.
• Manage large-scale projects involving the conversion of financial data, such as migrating balances from legacy ERPs like PeopleSoft to Workday.
• Collaborate with project leadership and accounting officers to define requirements and drive project outcomes.
• Apply knowledge of IT controls, SOX, and financial reporting controls within the implementation lifecycle.
• Lead functional teams, including testers and support personnel.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of senior consulting experience on large enterprise and Tier 1 programs.
• Deep experience implementing Workday Financial Management in large financial organizations.
• Proven experience with Workday conversions and reporting.
• Expertise in Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Workday.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale financial transformation projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
