Description

You will manage the bench sales process and consultant placements within the US IT staffing market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate account relationships.
• Present consultants to potential clients and vendors.
• Negotiate terms and finalize contracts.
• Manage the end-to-end bench sales lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in Bench Sales or USA IT recruitment.
• Direct experience in USA Staffing.
• Proficiency in Sales and Recruitment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work the night shift (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST).
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
