Description

Manage the end-to-end bench sales lifecycle and consultant placements within the US IT staffing market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate account relationships with potential clients and vendors.
• Present consultants to prospective buyers and negotiate placement terms.
• Finalize contracts and manage the full bench sales process.
• Work the night shift (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST).

Required Skills

• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in Bench Sales or USA IT recruitment.
• Direct experience in USA Staffing.
• Proficiency in Sales and Recruitment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
