Description

Analyze customer business needs and lead the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create requirements and specifications for business solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources.
• Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate business requirements.
• Coordinate testing for new installations or upgrades and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience researching system and user problems using analytical and research techniques.
• Ability to manage own workload, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR an Associate's degree with two years of related experience.
• Two years of experience as an IT Business Analyst 1 or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system change request testing and data creation.
• Knowledge of Income and/or Business taxes.
• Project management skills and the ability to administer multiple projects.
