Description

You will support Human Resources Time Management and Labor functions, focusing on HRIS implementations, upgrades, and post-launch optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and concerns to determine the nature and extent of needs.
• Perform systems integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as assigned.
• Complete the roll-out of HRSD (digital files), Pro WFM, and Workforce Advanced Scheduler to remaining hospital locations.
• Maintain and update Cross Reference Tables (CRTs), look up tables, and reference materials to support system changes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate with IT stakeholders to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of business analyst experience supporting an enterprise system with 4000+ employees.
• Expert user proficiency in Power BI (2+ years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (3+ years).
• 3+ years experience on a project team handling enterprise-level data roll-out or migration.
• 3+ years general experience demonstrating strong customer, problem-solving, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• PMP certification required.
