Analyze and support enterprise systems, documenting architectures and managing requirements throughout the SDLC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Document, propose, and develop enterprise system architectures and software solutions.
• Gather, validate, and manage business and system requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Support interconnected business processes and enterprise applications.
• Analyze eligibility determination rules and Affordable Care Act (ACA) federal regulations.
• Manage stakeholder communication and application support.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience in business analysis and enterprise system support.
• 84 months of experience documenting and developing system architectures.
• 84 months of experience managing requirements throughout the SDLC.
• 72 months of experience with NY State ACA or State-based/Federal Health Exchange projects.
• 60 months of experience with Health Exchanges, including eligibility determination and ACA rules.
• 60 months of hands-on development with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• 60 months of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) 834 Transactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in healthcare domain and ACA implementations.
• Expertise in requirements management and enterprise application support.
