Description

Analyze enterprise-wide business needs and support the planning, design, and implementation of IT development projects and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed scopes of work for IT procurements, defining boundaries, requirements, deliverables, and milestones.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and Procurement stakeholders to gather requirements and assess vendor agreements.
• Conduct user interviews and joint-application-development (JAD) sessions to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Document current and future state workflows, system interaction diagrams, data mapping, logical data models, and screen mock-ups.
• Manage requirement traceability and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure developed products meet specified needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or IT project support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional, specifically including Visio.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying business pain points and ranking user stories or use cases.
• Experience documenting functional and system requirements, metadata, and test cases.
• Ability to participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience gathering selection criteria for proposal evaluations and assisting in demand management.
• Capability to facilitate reconciliation between conflicting requirements from different stakeholders.
