IT Business Analyst

Own business analysis for grants management and loan servicing workflows in a hybrid Atlanta role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for grants management systems.
• Manage and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system alignment.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of loan servicing and grant administration processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Direct experience with grants management systems or processes.
• Deep understanding of loan servicing processes.
• Proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to attend in-person interviews in Atlanta, GA.
• Any Graduate degree.
