Description

You will lead business analysis, requirements management, and IT procurement support for technology projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and JAD sessions.
• Translate business needs into technical documentation, including user stories, process workflows, data mappings, and system interaction diagrams.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOW) and procurement artifacts for IT acquisitions involving software, hardware, and professional services.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirements traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and QA teams to coordinate stakeholder expectations and track project progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting system implementations or technology procurements.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and business/data process analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, and Visio for requirements tracking and process mapping.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions.
• Ability to document AS IS and TO BE processes, including user interface mockups and wireframes.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare presentations and scope specifications.
• Experience working collabor with Project Managers and technical implementation teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience supporting procurement documentation and vendor coordination activities.
