Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution through documentation, design support, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements, translating user input into functional specifications and traceability matrices.
• Develop process flows, screen designs, and storyboards to support system design and coordinate with UI/UX, backend, and app development teams.
• Collaborate with application managers to maintain product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and use cases.
• Execute end-to-end functional, cross-browser, and mobile device testing for web and mobile applications.
• Monitor applications for issues regarding layout, usability, accessibility, and functionality while providing Help Desk support as needed.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a BA/QA Analyst.
• Comprehensive experience across the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, and maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams with SMEs, vendors, and end users.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries to compile data and generate reports.
• Ability to write test cases based on wireframes, comps, and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
