Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution through requirement definition, system design support, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements, process flows, screen designs, and storyboards.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, app development, backend, CMS, and testing teams to align on design and development.
• Collaborate with the applications manager to maintain product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and use cases.
• Execute end-to-end functional, cross-browser, and mobile device testing for web and mobile applications.
• Manage requirements traceability matrices and provide Help Desk support for production applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a BA or QA Analyst.
• Full SDLC experience, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries to compile data and generate reports.
• Experience developing test cases based on wireframes, comps, and functional requirements.
• Ability to identify usability, accessibility, and functionality issues across multiple browsers and devices.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams with SMEs, vendors, and end users.
