Description

Own application resiliency testing and support the Business Continuity Program (BCP) across Global Technology.

Responsibilities

• Support Application Resiliency Certification (ARC), Application Production Location (APL) testing, Midrange Recovery Resiliency, and Data Restoral Programs.
• Drive annual recoverability improvements through thematic analysis and quantitative reporting.
• Track application SAP testing, recovery strategy documentation, and compliance remediation.
• Prepare monthly risk presentations for senior executives and manage weekly notification and escalation processes.
• Coordinate with Technology Management to monitor execution, collection, and completion of testing activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a banking background.
• Strong knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) planning and testing.
• Proficiency in JIRA and MS Office, specifically Excel (including coding abilities), PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
• Experience with SharePoint and Tableau dashboards/metrics.
• Ability to use Continuity Planning Tool (CPT) and Alphabet (BtConverge).
• Proven ability to lead projects to completion with minimal management oversight.
• Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence stakeholders vertically and horizontally.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
