You will lead business analysis for IT projects, bridging the gap between stakeholders and engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements, map as-is/to-be processes using BPMN, and identify bottlenecks.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories for agile delivery while managing requirement baselines.
• Partner with product managers, architects, and engineers to evaluate solution options, trade-offs, and API integration requirements.
• Support data migration, define data mappings, and collaborate on test strategies, UAT planning, and execution.
• Manage vendor interactions, review SOWs, and track post-implementation outcomes to drive iterative improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product/Process Analyst in IT.
• Proficiency in JIRA, SQL, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong skills in BPMN process modeling and requirements engineering.
• Experience with Confluence and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Visio for project management and diagramming.
• Ability to create prototypes and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and facilitating cross-functional agile teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, SaaS, ETL processes, or Figma/Balsamiq.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
