Description

You will act as the communication link between End User Engineering, IT partners, and business lines to enhance IT product quality. You will own the release pipeline by gathering requirements, analyzing technical systems, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your focus is on managing concurrent IT projects for automation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and analyze technical systems to define technological solutions.
• Analyze IT data to provide business insights and support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to ensure strategic needs are met.
• Liaise between technical teams and business partners to align on project goals.
• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects focused on automation, efficiency, and end-user experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant technical project management experience, specifically with IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to extract data from Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager for analysis and reporting.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Workspace ONE Intelligence, Power BI, Spotfire, Splunk, or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PPM.
• Strong capability in creating detailed technical documentation.
• Ability to manage complex data visualization and reporting tasks.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DEX tools such as Tachyon 1E, SysTrak, or Control Up.
• Background in large enterprise environments or the airline industry.
• Technical background in computer engineering or business administration.
