You will design tax forms, manage certification testing, and ensure vendor software submissions meet technical standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain tax forms and booklets using specialized tools.
• Test vendor paper and electronic submissions for barcode accuracy, content placement, and scanline compliance.
• Review electronic formatted files and web forms to ensure data elements meet technical standards.
• Troubleshoot form design issues and provide technical feedback to vendors regarding errors.
• Translate complex technical information and test results into readable recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in coding and re-coding data within various forms and documents.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and general coding/programming.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience reviewing and executing test cases.
• Ability to perform complex form design calculations and information design.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate workflow characteristics and technical requirements.
