You will develop, configure, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot bots, automated workflows, and integrations.
• Design and implement dashboards, documentation, and reusable automation components.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to governance, security, and software development life cycle practices.
• Apply process design, re-engineering, and Six Sigma methodologies to transform business operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis, automation, or process improvement.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and UiPath.
• Experience with RPA development, workflow orchestration, and API/system integrations.
• Knowledge of CMMI, ITIL, and technical process improvement frameworks.
• Proficiency in relevant programming or scripting languages for automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying Generative AI to business processes, including prompt design and intelligent document processing.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise operations within Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
