Description

You will bridge the gap between IT and business units to drive system implementations and process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between IT and business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Lead system implementations and enhancements for ERP and CRM platforms.
• Facilitate business process improvements within LEAN and regulated environments.
• Support change management, user documentation, and training to drive adoption.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT business analysis or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience supporting at least two of these functions: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales & Marketing, R&D, or Change Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and project management methodologies.
• Experience working with project managers to deliver IT projects within scope.
• Ability to operate within LEAN and regulated environments.
