Analyze customer business needs and drive the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems.

Responsibilities

• Create requirements and design specifications for business solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate business requirements.
• Coordinate testing of new installations or upgrades and consult with vendors to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT Business Analysis.
• Ability to develop and execute test scripts.
• Experience writing design specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience researching system and user problems using analytical techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to manage workload, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
