You bridge business needs and technical solutions through requirement gathering, procurement support, and SDLC participation.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work, requirements, and functional and non-functional specifications for IT product and service acquisitions.
• Conduct user interviews, workshops, and joint-application-development (JAD) sessions to elicit business needs and identify process gaps.
• Create system models, diagrams, workflows, data mapping, and screen mock-ups to guide developers and architects.
• Manage requirement traceability and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that developed products meet defined needs.
• Collaborate with IT Security, Legal, Procurement, and project teams to reconcile conflicting requirements and define minimum viable products (MVP).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
• Proven experience facilitating JAD sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Ability to document complex business scenarios, system interaction diagrams, and logical data models.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria, user stories, and use cases.
• Proficiency in translating business objectives into technical requirements for the SDLC.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong capability in market research and vendor documentation assessment.
• Ability to manage project tasks, provide estimates, and maintain weekly work logs.
