You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and support project delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document project requirements from business stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis to identify needs and propose technical solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows and reports.
• Manage and track work items using the JIRA ticketing system.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test cases and validating results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in Requirements Gathering and Gap Analysis.
• Solid experience creating and maintaining business documentation.
• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Proficiency with JIRA, MS Word, and Excel.
• Experience managing project artifacts in SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
