Description

You will lead business analysis for IT solutions across global Logistics and DTC functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements and user stories for WMS and OMS implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business teams, solution architects, vendors, and IT teams through requirement gathering, design, development, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Ensure successful system integrations with e-commerce platforms, TMS, and global logistics partners.
• Support hypercare and production operations, resolving system issues to maintain stability.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, test plans, deployment guides, and training materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Business Analyst or IT Product Owner experience.
• At least 3 years in logistics or supply chain technology.
• Proven experience in functional and technical user story creation and interface mapping.
• Proven experience authoring detailed acceptance criteria for functional and technical user stories.
• Experience implementing and supporting WMS and OMS solutions in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, DTC fulfillment, and global logistics processes.
• 3+ years working in Agile delivery methodology.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data mapping.
• Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
