Description

You will translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories, focusing on Veeva Vault Promomats, Veeva CRM, and Salesforce within the Healthcare/Life Sciences sector.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document unstructured requirements into clear technical deliverables.
• Analyze current business processes to recommend improvements that increase operational efficiency.
• Lead or support the implementation and configuration of new systems or modifications to existing ones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and ensure adherence to IT policies and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in business systems analysis or software development.
• Advanced expertise in Veeva Vault Promomats.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, specifically Healthcare Solutions.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and Global Data Warehouse concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and user stories.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IQVIA or Accuratics analytics software.
