You will bridge business operations and IT delivery within the insurance domain, translating operational needs into functional requirements and system designs.
Responsibilities
- Create, review, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and technical documentation.
- Identify process automation opportunities by defining scope and gathering requirements.
- Develop and review test cases, scenarios, and results for functional testing.
- Track, report, and resolve user application issues while communicating project status.
- Translate technical information for non-technical business audiences.
Required Skills
- 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Operations Executive.
- Experience in the Insurance, Non-Banking, or Finance domains.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Ability to design IT system features and functional specifications.
- Experience in functional testing and test case preparation.
- Basic knowledge of programming and web technologies.
