Description

You will bridge business operations and IT delivery within the insurance domain, translating operational needs into functional requirements and system designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and technical documentation.
• Identify process automation opportunities by defining scope and gathering requirements.
• Develop and review test cases, scenarios, and results for functional testing.
• Track, report, and resolve user application issues while communicating project status.
• Translate technical information for non-technical business audiences.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Operations Executive.
• Experience in the Insurance, Non-Banking, or Finance domains.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Ability to design IT system features and functional specifications.
• Experience in functional testing and test case preparation.
• Basic knowledge of programming and web technologies.
