Bridge the gap between global stakeholders and technical delivery teams to drive process improvements and ensure requirement accuracy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from global stakeholders and translate them into documented business specifications.
• Facilitate process review sessions to ensure alignment between user needs and technical validation.
• Collaborate with product squads to meet sprint milestones and deliver functional requirements.
• Manage feedback and gap documentation during sprint demos.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure proper documentation and implementation throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, ideally within multinational environments.
• Strong expertise in SDLC, validation, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience using HPQC and BPMN.
• Proven ability in Agile delivery and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Pharmaceutical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• MBA, MS, or Agile certifications.
