📅 Duration: 13+ months (Contract)
We are seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves driving business process reviews, requirements elicitation, and supporting IT solutions in a regulated environment.
🔑 Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years as a Business Analyst (process review, requirements documentation, process modeling)
2+ years on IT projects developing/implementing solutions for public use
1+ year working with programs governed by state/federal regulations
2+ years supporting development/compliance of SOWs or contracts
5+ years developing/managing user stories in Agile projects
2+ years working directly with senior management on strategy, roadmaps, and consensus building
