Description

You will drive business process reviews, requirements elicitation, and IT solution support in a regulated environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process reviews and model workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Elicit and document detailed requirements for IT solutions intended for public use.
• Develop and manage user stories within Agile project frameworks.
• Support the development and compliance of Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategy, roadmaps, and consensus building.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on process review and documentation.
• 2+ years of experience on IT projects developing or implementing solutions for public use.
• 1+ year of experience working with programs governed by state or federal regulations.
• 2+ years of experience supporting the development or compliance of SOWs or contracts.
• 5+ years of experience developing and managing user stories in Agile projects.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with senior management on strategy and roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated industries beyond the initial 1-year minimum.
