Description

You will lead the requirements lifecycle and process optimization efforts across technical and business teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals and challenges into actionable technical requirements.
• Map and analyze workflows to improve operational efficiency and define technical specifications.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for solution design.
• Maintain precise documentation including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Leverage data to identify trends and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Experience using Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Proficiency in process modeling software and business analysis tools.
• Strong technical communication skills for translating details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work directly with developers to align on technical concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Background in retail, finance, IT, or infrastructure.
• Certifications in Business Analysis or Agile (CBAP, CCBA, CSM, or SAFe).
