Description

You will lead data and reporting initiatives within the Financial Risk domain to support operational risk stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document data and reporting requirements through direct interaction with end users and business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, including BRDs.
• Collaborate with architects, the data office, and compliance teams to ensure solution alignment.
• Deliver analytics solutions using the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Provide guidance and support to junior and offshore analysts.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, specifically on IT or data-focused projects.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with both OLAP and OLTP data systems for business intelligence.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and BRD documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial risk, banking, insurance, or retention management domains.
• Prior experience in regulatory reporting or risk analytics roles.
• Master’s degree or relevant Microsoft/Business Analysis certifications.
