Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements to produce detailed task lists and actionable suggestions.
• Manage client calls and maintain clear communication regarding project needs.
• Create wireframes and visual layouts to communicate design concepts.
• Coordinate with various team members to ensure requirement alignment.
• Produce technical documentation and project presentations.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Figma or Balsamiq for wireframing.
• Experience using Jira and Trello for task management.
• Strong English communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to document complex requirements clearly.
• Strong presentation and coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
