Description

You will support opportunity identification for new IT requests within the IT Business Integration and Strategy team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive stakeholders to capture business demands and envision product impact.
• Document high-level business needs, research studies, and key insights.
• Create detailed process flows for critical business and system processes.
• Plan and facilitate client and team workshops on retail-specific topics.
• Conduct product and market research to deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, market research, and process flow documentation.
• Experience with strategic planning in Product Development and User Insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional partnership.
• Ability to translate business ideas into actionable items for delivery teams.
• Experience with Product Development workflows.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
