You will partner with business and technology teams to build technical solutions from concept through deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Initiate business and functional design by charting user journeys and identifying key capabilities.
• Gather and analyze requirements, documenting current and future state workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive solution design decisions and socialize design components.
• Apply Agile skills to create epics and milestones for solution advancement alongside development teams.
• Conduct user research by interviewing business counterparts to articulate underlying business needs.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Owner roles.
• Advanced experience working with Agile/Kanban software development processes.
• Strong domain knowledge of asset management, including public equities and fixed income.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Visio, Lucid, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience gathering, mapping, and documenting data flows and requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional partners and influence stakeholders toward objectives.
• Experience developing business outcomes and objectives with stakeholder buy-in.
