Requirements:

• Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and other elicitation techniques with various stakeholders (business users, subject matter experts, technical teams) to gather comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• .Analyze and document current-state ("as-is") business processe
• sDevelop and maintain comprehensive Business Requirements, Functional Specification and process flow diagram
• sTranslate high-level business needs into detailed, unambiguous, and testable requirements specification
• sCritically evaluate information gathered, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detail, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business need
• sPartner with local and Head Office IT teams to understand system capabilities, features, limitation
• sCollaborate with Solution Architects and technical leads to ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements and strategic objectives
• .Participate in design sessions and provide input from a business perspective
• .Review and validate technical designs and prototypes against documented requirements
• .Define solution proposals based on information gathered from system SME’s taking into consideration system capabilities, features and functionality available and used by other platform
• sDrive project deliverables managing timelines, and proactively resolving blocker
• sEscalate issues impacting the project in a clear concise and timely manne
• rLiaise with local and AMER compliance members on projects ensuring that subject matter experts and stakeholders are appropriately engage
• dMake recommendations to improve effectiveness and overall process efficienc
