Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Analyze processes and workflows to identify gaps and propose technology-driven solutions.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.

Facilitate communication between business units and IT to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Perform data analysis and validation to support decision-making and system enhancements.

Support testing and quality assurance by creating test cases and validating deliverables against requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5+ years in IT business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.

Strong proficiency in requirements documentation, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

Hands-on experience with data analysis tools, SQL, and familiarity with Agile methodologies
