You will gather business requirements, analyze workflows, and translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications for development teams. This role ensures alignment between business units and IT through clear documentation and data-driven analysis.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze processes and workflows to identify gaps and propose technology-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Support testing and quality assurance by creating test cases and validating deliverables against requirements.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years in IT business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Strong proficiency in requirements documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
