Description

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution through requirement definition, system design support, and end-to-end testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define business requirements by gathering input from diverse user groups and subject matter experts.
• Develop process flows, screen designs, and storyboards to support system design and product development.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including roadmaps, epics, user stories, and use cases.
• Execute end-to-end functional, cross-browser, and mobile device testing for web and mobile applications.
• Manage requirements traceability matrices and provide help desk support for production applications as needed.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a BA or QA Analyst.
• Comprehensive experience across the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting.
• Experience writing test cases based on wireframes, comps, and functional requirements.
• Ability to conduct usability, accessibility, and functionality testing across multiple browsers and devices.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate with UI/UX, app development, backend, CMS, and testing teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience generating reports from compiled data.
