Description

You will lead IT business analysis efforts using IIBA and BABOK frameworks. You will translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and models.

Responsibilities

• Develop business requirements through process mapping and workflow modeling.
• Create conceptual and logical data models to support system design.
• Define business rules and develop use case models for stakeholder review.
• Manage project scope and requirements throughout the entire lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
• Expertise in BABOK methodology and IIBA standards.
• Proficiency in workflow modeling techniques.
• Experience with detailed process mapping.
• Ability to perform conceptual and logical data modeling.
• Skill in business rules modeling and documentation.
• Experience with use case modeling.
• Competency in scope and requirements management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
