Description

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation through requirement definition, system design support, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Define business and technical requirements by gathering input from diverse user groups and subject matter experts.
• Create process flows, screen designs, and storyboards to support system design and development.
• Document functional requirements, user stories, epics, and use cases to maintain product roadmaps.
• Execute end-to-end functional, cross-browser, and mobile device testing for web and mobile applications.
• Manage requirements traceability matrices and provide help desk support for production applications as needed.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a BA/QA Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience working across the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with UI/UX, app development, backend, CMS, and testing teams.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries to compile data and generate reports.
• Experience working with SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional end-user teams.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying issues in content, layout, usability, and accessibility.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
