You will bridge the gap between functional teams and technical solutions through data analysis and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Sales, and Commercial teams to gather business process data and recommend solutions.
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, practitioner stories, and process flows.
• Lead proof of concepts to validate solution outcomes and identify automation opportunities.
• Drive process standardization by leveraging out-of-the-box system features and simplifying existing workflows.
• Manage change by communicating technology benefits and identifying risks associated with process shifts.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working within one or more functional business areas.
• Proficiency with SAP, ERP systems, or similar business applications.
• Ability to define outcome-based business process transformations.
• Strong documentation skills for functional requirements and process mapping.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps methodologies.
