Description

You will act as an expert practitioner within an IT Service Management and REMEDY Modernization project, applying BABOK methodology to drive technical design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and rules from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Develop process models, workflow models, and both conceptual and logical data models.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements specifications and manage product scope.
• Facilitate meetings to translate business needs into approved product scope and requirements.
• Create IT Pre-Project Scoping Statements (PPSS) and maintain requirement traceability to business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow modeling.
• Expertise in business rules modeling and use case modeling.
• Experience with scope management and requirements management.
• Ability to develop system context diagrams, domain models, and use case diagrams.
• Experience using requirements management software such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or Jama.
• Knowledge of developing business glossaries and IT capability assessments.
• Any Graduate degree.
