You will apply business analysis principles to support and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business goals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation and coordinate resource and equipment needs.
• Manage automated and manual system definition, design, and implementation.
• Trace business, functional, and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze system problems, recommend solutions, and implement fixes.
• Perform system testing of modifications and coordinate implementation with technical staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in SDLC documentation processes.
• Knowledge of Project Management standards.
• Familiarity with Software Development Methodologies.
• Understanding of Network Infrastructure concepts.
• Experience adhering to DES Policy and Federal/State guidelines.
• Ability to author comprehensive written documentation.
• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
