Description

Manage requirements, documentation, and testing for multiple concurrent IT initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements from business and technical stakeholders using formal statements of work.
• Collaborate with technical teams to estimate project effort and secure sponsor approval.
• Maintain project plans, track milestones, and monitor timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate requirements against as-built designs, working with developers to remediate defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or project coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project or equivalent project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across different lines of business.
• Experience collaborating across Information Technology, Development, and Business user groups.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with equivalent experience.
