You bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to align project delivery with organizational objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys to create functional and technical specifications.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including business process diagrams, use cases, user stories, and data flow diagrams.
• Facilitate communication between developers, QA testers, and project managers to maintain alignment on project status and changes.
• Manage requirement prioritization and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate solutions by participating in testing efforts and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar project-based role.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working within Waterfall environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical documentation.
• Proven experience in requirement elicitation and management.
• Skill in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analysis and visualization using Tableau or Excel.
