You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project delivery aligns with organizational goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Create functional and technical specifications, including business process diagrams, use cases, user stories, and data flow diagrams.
• Liaise between stakeholders, developers, QA testers, and project managers to maintain alignment.
• Manage requirement prioritization and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate solutions by participating in testing efforts and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar project-based role.
• Proficiency in requirement elicitation and documentation techniques.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying requirement gaps and risks.
• Ability to create business process models and use cases.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel or Tableau.
