Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of project documentation and software implementation through requirement elicitation and vendor collaboration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document project requirements, technical specifications, software test plans, and user guides.
• Manage project documentation including proposals, schedules, change requests, closure reports, RFPs, RFBs, and ETBs.
• Configure and manage vendor software systems via administrative interfaces and lead product implementations.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and provide user management services, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Train users on software systems and facilitate meetings to ensure successful adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or project management.
• Proven ability to create technical specifications and software test plans.
• Experience managing vendor deliverables and resolving software configuration issues.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating meetings and communicating with technical staff, management, and vendors.
• Ability to manage high-stress troubleshooting and documentation tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and workflow documentation.

• Experience working directly with senior-level stakeholders.
