We are looking for a skilled Salesforce IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirement gathering, design, and implementation across Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing
• Drive end-to-end lead-to-order lifecycle (Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order)
• Align Salesforce solutions with business workflows and objectives
• Support integrations with ERP (Oracle EBS), marketing tools & third-party systems
• Work with teams on APIs, data mapping, and validations
• Ensure seamless data flow across customers, orders, and financial systems
