Description

You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements with system capabilities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate user stories and business requirements using INVEST best practices.
• Map as-is/to-be processes, create business flow diagrams, and develop change impact models.
• Conduct impact analysis on systems, users, processes, and project dependencies.
• Manage competing priorities and coordinate communication across business units and development teams.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate directly with Scrum teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture and platform limitations.
• Practical understanding of system integration concepts and principles.
• Proven experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BPMN, Jira, Lucidchart, or MS Visio.
• Experience with ICOMS and/or CSG integration systems.
• Background or interest in Technical Analysis (TA).
