Description

You serve as the primary functional link between business users and onshore IT development teams to deliver thoroughly tested technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to define detailed functional specifications, use cases, and requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with development teams.
• Plan and execute qualification strategies, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and steering User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify required test data and perform analysis on large data volumes to troubleshoot anomalies.
• Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for production incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience coordinating between business and IT teams.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Expertise in writing test documents, test strategies, and executing functional tests.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL database queries.
• Experience preparing datasets for analysis and validation purposes.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to identify process enhancements and mitigate technical or operational risks.

Preferred Skills

• Banking domain knowledge including payments, accounting, SWIFT, or global markets.
• UI/UX experience and knowledge of performance testing tools.
• Ability to speak or understand French.
