You will serve as an IT Business Analyst working onsite in St. Charles, IL, owning the translation of business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to define project scope.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for development teams.
- Support the full lifecycle of various software projects.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to address technical and functional gaps.
- Manage data-related requirements within Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Proven experience writing BRDs.
- Experience managing technical requirements for software projects.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
