You will serve as an IT Business Analyst working onsite in St. Charles, IL, owning the translation of business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to define project scope.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for development teams.
• Support the full lifecycle of various software projects.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to address technical and functional gaps.
• Manage data-related requirements within Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience writing BRDs.
• Experience managing technical requirements for software projects.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
