You will translate business needs into technical requirements for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform business systems analysis for enterprise applications and enhancements.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and backlogs.
• Facilitate workshops, including Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and empathy mapping.
• Analyze data, business processes, and workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC deliverables and documentation.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience supporting consumer-facing digital platforms with complex data and integrations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Business Analyst processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with compliance, governance, or audit processes.
